Kingman Asphalt Paving provides asphalt paving, sealcoating, crack sealing, pothole repair, parking lot striping, grading, concrete work, and related services to residential and commercial property owners in Kingman, AZ and the surrounding region. We operate as a licensed contractor in the state of Arizona.
All services are provided at the physical location of your property. No services are offered or implied via our website alone.
All price estimates provided by Kingman Asphalt Paving are based on conditions observed at the time of the on-site assessment. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated in writing.
Actual costs may vary if:
We will communicate any significant change to the estimated cost before proceeding with additional work.
Work is scheduled by mutual agreement between the customer and Kingman Asphalt Paving. We reserve the right to reschedule jobs due to weather conditions that would prevent quality work, including extreme heat, rain during or shortly after sealcoating, or unsafe working conditions.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment, please give us at least 48 hours notice by phone or email. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or crews have been dispatched may result in a cancellation fee to cover those costs.
Payment terms will be stated in your written estimate or service agreement. For most residential jobs, full payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. For larger commercial projects, a deposit may be required to secure scheduling and cover materials.
We accept payment by cash, check, and other methods as described in your service agreement. Invoices not paid within the agreed timeframe may be subject to a late fee as specified in the service agreement.
We do not accept full payment upfront before work has begun on residential jobs. If a contractor asks for full payment before showing up to do any work, that is a red flag - our practice is to collect payment upon satisfactory completion.
To allow us to complete your job properly, you agree to:
Kingman Asphalt Paving is not responsible for damage caused by failure to meet these responsibilities.
